Help & Documentation

How do I get started?

After installing the extension:

  • Click the Clicky List icon in your browser toolbar
  • Optionally configure domain or regex filters
  • Click "Start Session" to begin tracking
  • Browse normally - URLs will be captured automatically
  • Return to export your collected URLs

How do domain filters work?

Enter comma-separated domains to only track URLs from specific sites. For example: amazon.com, ebay.com will only capture URLs from Amazon and eBay. Subdomains are automatically included.

What are regex filters?

Regular expressions let you match specific URL patterns. Choose between:

  • Substring match: Pattern matches anywhere in the URL
  • Full URL match: Pattern must match the entire URL

Example: .*\/product\/.* captures URLs containing "/product/"

Why use redirect handling?

Many websites use redirects, especially for tracking or search results. With redirect handling enabled (default), Clicky List waits for redirects to complete and only captures the final destination URL. This is perfect for affiliate marketing where you want the actual product page, not the tracking link.

How do I export my data?

Click either "Export JSON" or "Export CSV" to download your collected URLs. Both formats include the URL, page title, and timestamp. CSV is perfect for spreadsheets, while JSON is ideal for developers.

Is my browsing data private?

Yes! Clicky List stores all data locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to external servers, and we don't track your browsing habits. You have complete control over your data.
